Ingredients
HUMMUS:
- 2 cans 15.5 ounces pigeon peas (drained)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup sesame paste
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt to taste
GARNISH:
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Tajín® Clásico Seasoning
- Pita Chips
Preparation
- In a food processor, mix the pigeon peas, olive oil, garlic, sesame paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix the ingredients until creamy.
- Pour on a flat plate, decorate with extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley and sprinkle with Tajín® Clásico Seasoning.
- Serve with Pita Chips.
