Ingredients
- 18 oz. Can of whole kernel sweet corn
- 4 Sticks of crab meat (artificial crab) cut into small pieces (approximately 4 oz.)
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 4 Zucchinis, peeled and diced
- 4 Carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 Cucumber cut into thick slices
- TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the cucumber slices and the TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning in a bowl.
Place a dollop of the mixture on each of the cucumber slices.
Garnish with TAJÍN® Clásico Seasoning.
