Ingredients
For the white fish tiradito
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoon TAJÍN® Habanero Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound white fish filet
For the tostadas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1 cup fresh coconut, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
Preparation
For the white fish
- Mix lime and orange juices, TAJÍN® Habanero Seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Cut your fish into thin slices and cover with the sauce.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
For the tostadas
- Blend the mayonnaise, lime juice and cilantro until you’ve got a bright green color. Spread tostadas with the cilantro mayonnaise and cover with prepared fish.
- Add some onion, cucumber, coconut slices and avocado. Finish with a sprinkle of TAJÍN® Habanero Seasoning and enjoy
